We strive to improve development outcomes by providing state-of-the-art monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services led by our local team of experts who offer technical and operational expertise. Collaborating closely with clients, we build learning agendas, MEL strategies, and evaluation designs using theories of change and logic models, as well as relevant metrics, indicators, and critical evaluation questions. We are passionate about ensuring we develop lean, fit-for-purpose approaches to conducting performance-focused outcome and impact evaluations. Our team has extensive experience identifying appropriate units of analysis, treatment and control groups, establishing baseline equivalence, and minimizing attrition. We draw on our vast network of partners, consultants, and field researchers to implement MEL activities and ensure our findings are contextually relevant, useful to our clients and are actionable.
